Fairview Farms Alpacas is a Registered Agri-tourism Farm with the State of Kansas. We work closely with the State Department of Commerce to promote Agri-tourism in Kansas, with specific emphasis on education in History, Arts, & Nature.

In addition to the Master Spinner Level 1 Course, Fairview Farms Alpacas and The Sheperd's Mill will be holding a 2 day Fiber Sorting & Grading Seminar. This course is scheduled August 18-19, 2012. The Instructor will be Sara Jane Maclennan. This is a great hands on opportunity to learn about fiber production, harvesting, and grading. Fairview Farms Alpacas

Fairview Farms Alpacas is located 20 miles SW of Hays, in the heart of Kansas. We are a dynamic family run business covering all facets of the alpaca industry. We breed for top quality Huacaya alpacas. We strive to produce alpacas with superior conformation, full fiber coverage from topknot to toes, dense fleeces with fine microns, and wonderful temperaments. All of our animals are ARI registered, DNA tested, and microchipped. We maintain current medical records and history of lineage.
